The Men Who Stare at Goats trailer

Nothing I've read about this movie said it was going to be a comedy.

It looks really funny. I love when Clooney is goofy. And it's always nice to see Ewan McGregor in ANYTHING.

You can always depend on MTV to bring the best drama

I hope MTV never stops making these challenges. They're trashy, hilarious, filled with drunken drama and ridiculously physical challenges. I love it.

A coodle doodle doo!

I miss this show.

Best news of the day!

It's official! Summer Glau will be joining the cast of Dollhouse! It's a recurring role, but we all know that recurring can lead to permanent if the story's right, especially in the Whedonverse. Look at Spike, Anya, Wesley and Tara. Or, even recurring that continues throughout seasons, like Darla, Drusilla, Faith, Andrew, Lindsay, Lilah...

So exciting! This is the ONLY reason I'm ok with Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles getting canceled.

Speaking of Dollhouse, here's a great, though spoiler-filled, article about the upcoming season.

This is why Twitter is great

You get awesome pictures from people you like, like this one that Alyson Hannigan posted from the set of How I Met Your Mother. I heart Aly and Jason.

Michael Hogan is the best.

Channeling Col. Tigh. He's so awesome.

From here.

Chuck'd Supernatural.

Changes the tone of the show a bit, eh? Also, I miss Chuck. Can't wait for it to return.

(Not so) Daily Eye Candy

I don't want to have to wait until NEXT SUMMER to see the 4th season of Friday Night Lights. Must find someone with DirecTV and befriend them.

Now I have a reason to go to Minneapolis.

There's a zombie themed bar where the bartenders have to dress like Shaun?! With a chainsaw in the corner in case of zombie attacks?! OMG. Planning my trip now.

New Dollhouse, coming soon!

One month. Can't wait!

This season is going to be EPIC

Are you not watching Supernatural? Then catch up. QUICK. This show is awesome beyond words, trust me.

Woo woo woo.

Rihanna is pretty much the only R&B/Woo Woo type singer that I can stand to listen to, and if nothing else her videos are always interesting.

With bonus Kanye!

Amazing

Official Avatar trailer

WOW. I could say more, but that really sums it up.

Another reason to look forward to Caprica

Holy shit, it's James Marsters. I love how Joss pinches people from BSG for Dollhouse, and they return the favor by bringing this bundle of awesome to theirs. James will be in a recurring role, at least three episodes, playing a baddie (what else is new?). Which could turn into more, if you look at the history of BSG. There were characters - like Zarek, Hot Dog, Racetrack, Seelix, etc. - who ended up being on far more episodes than originally intended. Or Helo, who wasn't supposed to return from Caprica at all, and ended up being in almost every episode. So, fingers crossed that this turns into a good match for Marsters and the Caprica crew.

How did I not see this weeks ago?

Here's Misha Collins, being awesome as usual.

He really gives Jensen a run for his money in the hotness department. Dare I say he's hotter than?

One of the weirder things I've seen today

If there's going to be a tribute to Michael Jackson, why shouldn't it be synchronized swimming in an aquarium?

When In Rome trailer

I do love Kristen Bell, Josh Duhamel, Lee Pace and Danny DiVito, but...this seems pretty straight forward as far as romcoms go. I'll see it...on DVD.

Are you paying attention, Ryan Reynolds?

Another Marvel/DC video has arrived, this one starring Green Lantern and Deadpool. Too funny.

Simply the best.

I don't normally like commercials at all - just another reason the DVR is the greatest invention ever - but this one just kills me. It's so good.

NY Post interview with Mark Hoppus

Just try to not love him. I dare you.

Don't You Forget About Me - The Documentary

I totally want to see this and not just because they got an interview with WYATT from Weird Science! That guy dropped out of Hollywood almost immediately after that movie was made! Like everyone my age, or everyone who's ever watched and loved movies, John Hughes made movies that moved, enriched, and defined my life in so many ways. This documentary looks to be a fitting and timely tribute.

Heath's last movie

As incredible and so very Gilliam as this trailer looks, it's hard to get excited when you know it's the last thing new movie you'll ever see Heath Ledger in. It puts a pallor of sadness over it.

However, it looks like Terry Gilliam worked in Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law very organically.

Fringe Season 2

If you're one of the many who didn't keep with Fringe after the first couple episodes, you really missed out. The show got better and more awesome as it went on. Mind-bending, freaky awesome. I can't wait for it to return.

Opens next week!

It's got all the things that normally get me jumping in anticipation to see a movie: Brad Pitt, WWII, Quentin Tarantino...so why haven't I been as excited about Inglourious Basterds as I should be? I mean, look at that poster! It's awesome. Brad's awesome delivery of "killing Nazis" in the trailer should be enough to guarantee my ticket, and that's besides the fact that it's a movie about a bunch of Jewish soldiers killing Nazis! Word coming back from the premiere last night is that it's awesome, so I'm hoping that whatever reservations I seem to be having dissipate and my excitement about this movie returns before it's out of the theater.

What a Catch, Donnie video

It's about time Patrick actually gets to be front and center in a Fall Out Boy video, considering he's the front man. This is a beautifully shot video.

DCook once again being awesome.

David Cook on Good Morning America, doing a cover of one of my favorite Fleetwood Mac songs. With special guests Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.

RIP John Hughes

He wrote some of, if not the, best movies in the 80's, and totally defined what being a teenager was then. Even though he's been out of the Hollywood scene for a while, his legacy remains and he will be missed.

I'd put clips and trailer for everything he did, but we'd be here all day.

I dare you not to get teary watching this

I think Spike Jonze has an Oscar in this one.

The Boys are Back trailer

I love Clive Owen, and it's refreshing to see him in a role where he's not playing a total badass. While I love watching him be a badass, I feel like this might end up being one of the few movies of his I choose to own. It looks beautiful.

This is going too far.

The new cover for Wuthering Heights, a book that was published in 1847, is now being used as a tie-in for Stephenie Meyer's Twilight books, complete with Twilight font and similar artwork. I'm sure there's a way to get kids to read classics without adorning them with "Bella and Edward's favorite book", right? Emily Bronte must be rolling in her grave.

The Lovely Bones trailer

There isn't an embedded version yet, so I'm just linking to the apple site. It looks amazing, just how I'd want it to look. I never doubted that Peter Jackson would get it perfectly.

Watch the trailer here.

Too funny

I've never seen Channing Tatum in anything, nor have I wanted to, but after seeing this, I may have changed my mind. He's got a sense of humor I wasn't expecting.
