I'm not a fan of The Rocky Horror Picture Show in the way that it brings me out to the theaters to throw things and dance the Time Warp in the aisle, but that doesn't mean that I think a remake is due. For what it is, Rocky Horror is pretty perfect. I just don't see why Hollywood insists on remaking movies that don't need it, or at all, rather than finding original scripts. I know they're out there; I worked for a literary agent. Give those little unknowns a chance, and leave the past alone.
